TORMAX UK Ltd was contracted by glazing specialist Bournemouth Glass Company to install a three-wing, fully automatic T5 Classic revolving door at the main entrance of 175 Putney, - a premium office development in central London owned by the Nicolas James Group.

Its drive is seamlessly integrated into the roof system, creating a clean, unobtrusive aesthetic, while features including mechanical break-out provide additional safety for escape and rescue routes.
As a revolving door, it helps reduce heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer, supporting the building’s wider energy-efficiency objectives.
The Nicolas James Group’s redevelopment has transformed the former Dial House into 175 Putney, a comprehensively remodelled office building providing 39,000 sq ft of high- specification workspace in the heart of Putney. The refurbishment retained and repurposed the existing building frame, avoiding the carbon impact associated with a completely new structure. The development is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A, and includes double glazing, a landscaped rooftop garden, cycle facilities, showers, changing rooms and a fitness studio.
