ISO-Chemie GmbH has been awarded the prestigious “Employer of the Future” seal of approval by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation (diind). This recognises the company for its forward-looking approach to digitalisation, sustainability and modern corporate culture.
The institute awards the seal to employers who stand out for their progressive digital strategy, sustainable practices and attractive working conditions – criteria that are playing an increasingly important role in the competition for skilled workers.

For almost five decades, the company has been very successfully developing and producing “Made in Germany” technical foam products and innovative sealing solutions that are used in new construction and energy-efficient building renovation.
