Working in close collaboration with the developer, Pyramid Solutions, Haddonstone manufactured a full suite of architectural components in its lightweight fibre‑reinforced TecLite material, finished in Portland colour. The selected palette ensured seamless integration with the property’s rendered façades and surrounding landscape.

Haddonstone manages every project from design to installation and, as such, each cast stone element in this beautiful building was produced to meet exact specifications, ensuring accuracy, consistency and ease of installation.  The bespoke package included window surrounds, string courses, eaves cornice, wall copings, pier caps, a front door surround, and internal porch cladding. 

Haddonstone’s TecLite material was selected to achieve the appearance of traditional stone while benefiting from significantly lighter components with improving handling, which reduced installation time and on‑site costs. Robust cast stone copings and pier caps were specified for boundary walls to ensure enhanced resilience in high‑wear areas.
