Bristan Introduces Lifetime Guarantee that Sets New Industry Standard

Bristan is launching a Lifetime Guarantee across its taps, showers and accessories – a move that  sets a new benchmark for long-term product support across the industry. Designed to be clear, comprehensive and built for the long term, it covers parts, finishes and working components on products sold from 1 April 2026. The guarantee heralds itself as ‘Watertight’ and reflects Bristan’s confidence in the quality, durability and performance of its products.

Quite simply, if something goes wrong, Bristan will repair, replace or refund - supporting customers throughout a lifetime of product use and offering a promise that customers and partners can genuinely trust. Jen Cassidy, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bristan Group, said: "This Lifetime Guarantee is built on what our customers and partners have told us they truly value - confidence, reliability and long-term support.  We've responded with a guarantee that not only gives homeowners lasting peace of mind but also supports installers and channel partners at every stage. The Lifetime guarantee covers customers for normal domestic use (as opposed to commercial) and includes one year’s labour on taps and showers throughout the Bristan range. The launch includes a short animated reel www.bristan.com/guarantees, designed to bring the Lifetime Guarantee communicate its benefits and enhance engagement across digital channels.
